ID Cards

Three things are bothering me in particular at present:

1) Legislation to introduce ID Cards: A Bad Thing ®
2) Legislation to make software patentable: A Bad Thing ®
3) Legislation to track all cars in the UK: A Bad Thing ®

I have already taken some action on 1) and 2), namely signed up for
http://www.pledgebank.com/refuse and written to my MEPs to note my concern. I have yet to decide what to do about 3).
